HR is the key of success of a company that is as insiator and agents of change constantly, forming processes and culture that together improve the ability of the company. Existing human resources within each firm has a relatively high diversity. With difference (diversity) is large enough such that the ability to as ‘agent of change’ will also vary.

However, changes in the company’s business requires the participation of all employees that will be achieved if there is also a willingness of each individual employee to act as agents of change, not just rely on ability alone.

A company leader must be capable of participating employees, in order to understand clearly what Vision / Mission of the company. It is very necessary, so that employees can understand what the company’s long-term goals, and how to achieve that goal. The willingness of employees in participating in the company, usually depending on what objectives achieved by the employee wants to join the company concerned. Employees’ contributions to the company will be higher if the company can provide what the employee desires. In other words, the willingness of employees to contribute to the workplace is strongly influenced by the ability of a corporate leader in meeting the goals and expectations of employees.

In the integration between individual goals and company goals, much needed role of a leader who can truly understand what the purpose of each party. Leaders need to define objectives, allocate scarce resources, focusing on company goals, coordinate changes, foster inter-personal contact with his followers, setting the right direction or the most good when failures occur. It is clear that leaders must be able to play a role in the interest of the organization through subordinates.

By understanding and knowing the company’s mission (eg, among others, give credit to the SDM, which is the company’s main asset), then the employee will feel included in achieving corporate goals, and the end result of employees will also enjoy. By realizing this, the employee will be easier to understand and realize that the company must grow and develop, in order to compete with competitors. And if all the steps above have been applied then the changes or new policies in the company would be something fun for our employees. And they did not hesitate to jump in the rate of participation to encourage continuity of the company’s growth.
