Often in everyday life we find that being a leader often feels unappreciated or not heard by employees / subordinates. With a variety of reasons they can say that as a leader sometimes their voices are not heard or done by their subordinates.
A friend of mine, he was a headmaster of a private school in Jakarta, frequent complaining and sharing it to me and say how difficult the child-fruit / employees to comply with or perform what has become policy in the run will be his decision. Sometimes she becomes his own confused, upset and have led to a negative appraisal of subordinates / employees. Things like the above could have been avoided by my friend if he could interpret his / her position as a leader who not only as the above but may be able to see again what really has happened and look for the causes and consequences.
Each leader must be able to lead, a minimum lead of himself. Probably something very simple, but it is extremely crucial for a good leader. When can lead to himself then he must learn to be able to recognize the will itself: what is the purpose of his life for the company that he led and what is the dream of the future for the company that he led. Every leader has a special characteristic, the workings and leadership styles differ from each other with each other. Though diverse, but a good leader and a leader who can be successful is to be effective in leading the work unit to achieve organizational goals / maximum firm.

Maybe many people who regard women as the party does not deserve to become leaders. There are also many people who doubt women’s ability in performing its function as a leader. Well, the criteria of strong women like that, consciously or not, actually is one characteristic of a woman who has a soul as a leader. Each leader will feel happy and helpful to have a reliable team member. Sometimes we want to have team members who are ‘instant’ is directly ’so’ and perfectly fit what we want. But such things do not always happen. A leader must be running one of the functions and responsibilities as a tutor, mentor or coach to be able to develop the ability to team members. It provides a climate conducive to learning. Great leader is also a great student and they view errors as learning opportunities. These attitudes should also be inculcated to all members of the team. In fact, because they realize that mistakes are an essential part of the learning process, leaders develop the ability of participants to help them break out of old patterns of thinking. When mired in the daily routine, then often people apply automatically, stopping to think more critically and to form attitudes or the establishment did not question anything they hear.
