As a leader in a company, we are a role model or example for the children of fruit for our employees when there is a problem. Especially when we led the company engaged in the service and connect with other people who we call as customer / consumer (customer).

At the time I led a project where the company where I work is engaged in ministry / service, I had a couple of times when dealing with complaints or complaint undergoing a project related to the field service / service. And from these events, then I have learned is how to behave as a leader within the KTA confront and react to complaints or complaint in front of our employees or subordinates. As a child of the fruits or their employees will see and learn the actions and attitudes of their leaders who are present. Is it like a fire beard (a scene) or the quiet calm as the wind is blowing breezy seaside which gives shade.

Let us first see what the meaning of complaints or complain of it. Complaint or the complaint is a statement or expression of feeling less than satisfied with a product or service, delivered either orally (directly) or in writing, from internal and external customers to a company or institution. HR is the key of success of a company that is as insiator and agents of change constantly, forming processes and culture that together improve the ability of the company. Existing human resources within each firm has a relatively high diversity. With difference (diversity) is large enough such that the ability to as ‘agent of change’ will also vary.

However, changes in the company’s business requires the participation of all employees that will be achieved if there is also a willingness of each individual employee to act as agents of change, not just rely on ability alone.

A company leader must be capable of participating employees, in order to understand clearly what Vision / Mission of the company. It is very necessary, so that employees can understand what the company’s long-term goals, and how to achieve that goal. The willingness of employees in participating in the company, usually depending on what objectives achieved by the employee wants to join the company concerned. Employees’ contributions to the company will be higher if the company can provide what the employee desires. In other words, the willingness of employees to contribute to the workplace is strongly influenced by the ability of a corporate leader in meeting the goals and expectations of employees. Every leader has a special characteristic, the workings and leadership styles differ from each other with each other. Though diverse, but a good leader and a leader who can be successful is to be effective in leading the work unit to achieve organizational goals / maximum firm.

One common trait found in a successful leader is a high attention to personal integrity, honesty, fair manner, as well as on efforts to directly recognize the environment, including the work environment.

Leaders can be friends with an employee , so intertwined an atmosphere of fun and there is no distinction between himself as a leader and employees, but even so, but the distance was always there, between him and his employees, but he did not close the door for employees who want to do dialogue or discussion with him even though he is a boss.

Such exchange of information, especially when it comes to jobs, can take place smoothly and there will be reciprocal and two-way communication between himself as a boss with subordinates. Read the rest of this entry »
