A study also proves to work with a team better than alone. When in a team, employees can remain productive even tired. The study was led by Daniel Frings from London South Bank University. It is also justified by psychologists. They have proved that cooperation in working on any project will be more productive. For this reason, they advised on the company to use the method of working together to improve productivity.
